Pick from an “often” used drop down list

Did you know you can control the number of items that display in your key fields like "Customer ID", "Vendor ID", "Inventory Item" and other entry fields?

Just go to Tools > User Preferences > Auto-complete and select whether to show the list, how many items to store, and how often to clear the choices


This will speed up your processing by offering codes you have most recently used!
